Tutorial: Changing the request templates for pings
The registry periodically pings the services to check the availability. In this tutorial you learn how you can modifiy the request template used for this pings.
Requirements
For this tutorial you need the BLZService registered. For more information see Register a Service.
Changing the request templates for pings
Login as admin. Go to the BLZService main page and change to the interface tab.

Click on the getBank link.
Figure 2:
Type in a valid bank code and click send.
Figure 3:
Click on the link Use this request for pings to set this request for pings.
Figure 4:
From now on the service will use this request for it's pings.
