ESB 3.4.1: Handling error messages (News from 11.06.)

With the release candidate 3.4.1 we introduced an extension to the message flow logic: Implementors of interceptors may now use handleAbort(Exchange) to handle errors (Outcome.ABORT) from further down the chain. All interceptors included in the distribution already make use of this feature, if necessary. When running as an embedded J2EE servlet, Membrane can now be configured to include the context-root in the path used for further processing. The index-Interceptor can be used to show a "service proxies listing page", and headerFilter can be used to remove HTTP Header entries.
