OSGi deployment 04/18/12

Starting with 3.3.5, Membrane ESB can be deployed as an OSGi bundle. The service proxy configuration file or additional interceptor implementations can be added as single files or own bundles, depending on the container. The integration with Apache Karaf using ServiceMix 4 is described in a tutorial.
